  GREAT ESCAPE TERMS AND CONDITIONS 2009
  1. Information on how to enter forms part of these conditions of entry.
  2. By entering this promotion you agree that you have read, understood and accept these terms and conditions.
  3. Entry is open to New Zealand residents only. Employees of Shoof International Ltd ("Shoof"), its associated companies, suppliers, agencies & participating outlets and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.
  4. Shoof reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for breach of the terms and conditions of the promotion.
  5. No responsibility is taken for lost entries.
  6. The promotion opens Saturday August 1st 2009 and closes at midnight New Zealand time Saturday 31st October 2009 .
  7. To enter, purchase any Shoof Milking Glove and post the bar code to Shoof International Great Escape Promotion, PO Box 522 Cambridge 3450.
  8. Consumers may enter as many times as they like, provided they send a valid bar code each time.
  9. The final draw will be held on November 6th 2009 at 10am. Entries must be received by midnight Friday 31st October 2009 to be eligible to participate in that draw. The draw is final and no correspondence will be entered into. The prize winners will be notified on the day of the draw. If Shoof is unable to make contact with the winner for any reason Shoof reserves the right to re-draw and re-allocate the prize to another entrant after two days following the date of the draw
  10. There are two 7 night Club Med Bali holidays available
         1) Travel is for off peak times, excludes school holidays and public holidays.
         2) Travel must be booked before 31 December 2009
         3) Travel must be completed by 01 June 2010
         4) Travel is for two persons on a standard Club Med Bali 7 night accommodation package          - available at the time of booking.
         5) Travel is subject to availability

  11. The prize is not transferable or convertible for cash or other alternatives. The prizes may vary slightly from images displayed on promotional material.
  12. Redemption of the major prize is subject to the terms and conditions of participating service providers and promotional partners. The travel request must be received by Shoof a minimum of one month prior to departure and no later than 31 December 2009. Once confirmed the travel arrangements become non-changeable and non-refundable. Travel must be booked through Shoof in conjunction with a travel provider of Shoof's choice.
  13. Shoof is not liable for any personal loss, damage, distress or injury suffered or sustained during the course of accepting or using the prize, except liability which cannot be excluded by law.
  14. The prize winner is responsible for arranging own insurance cover, if required.
  15. To the maximum extent permitted by law, and without any intention to limit a consumer's rights under the Fair Trading Act 1986 or Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, Shoof makes no warranties or representation, either express or implied, and expressly excludes all liability and warranties, including (without limitation) in respect of type, quality, standard, fitness or suitability for purpose of the prize provided by Shoof.
  16. All entries become the property of Shoof and may be destroyed at the end of this promotion.
  17. Judges decision is final and no discussion shall be entered into.
  18. The winner/s agree to make themselves available for promotional purposes.
